Frank has been playing in rock music bands since he was a teenager. He has been in numerous groups: including The Sons of Liberty, The Eight Day, The Fanatasy's and The Playboys. Frank's favorite band was always the Beatles and he can play about any Beatles song ever made.

Frank started Technimedia Studio's over 20 years ago. It was first located in downtown Steubenville, OH and then for a brief time in Follansbee, WV before moving to it's new location in Jewett, OH.

Technimedia Studios is a full house production center and is envolved in video, audio, print and software production. The vocational educational series Career Pathways is known throughout the country. Technimedia Studios is a leader in the production of advertising materials and recruitment/orientation videos for the marketing of schools. Their personalized advertising campaigns are being used to promote the positive aspects of education by individual schools, counties, and State Departments of Education, nationwide.

While being a successful business man has dominated much of Frank's time, he always has enjoyed playing live music as well as mastering CD's in his sound studio. Franks has written over a hundred songs one of which "Love Babe" was a regional hit in the late 60's.
