Kerensa lives in Waynesboro, PA about 200 miles East of Morgantown, WV.

She was raised in a church-going family. She grew up in a Presbyterian church but has spent time in the Baptist, Methodist, Full Gospel, and Non-denominatonal quarters as well. Honestly, she says she feels equally at home in any one of these as long as the Spirit of the Lord is there. She says, "I have learned that it doesn't matter what you call yourself or what rules you follow as long as love comes first. The first commandment above all is Love the Lord your God with all your heart, mind and soul, so I stand on the premise that if I love Him with everything in me then all the little stuff will work itself out."

She spent a lot of time truly believing that she was not special enough to be chosen by God. That she was not worthy of His love. And you know what, she's learned that she's not....but God loves her anyway. Everyday is a new opportunity to fall more in love with Jesus and explore the depths of Him living in her. That is why she ministers. She wants to inspire others to explore the mystery and wonder of His love. To know Him more. Jesus is the reason. Music is just the tool He allows her to use.
